The ACU Commonwealth Climate Resilience Network and the International Association of Universities (IAU) SDG 13 Cluster will co-host a webinar on Wednesday, 26 August.
ACU and IAU members are invited to join us to hear about opportunities and emerging priorities under the UKRI Global Challenges Research Fund Resilience Portfolio, with Challenge Leader, Resilience to Environmental Shocks and Change Portfolio, Professor Mark Pelling.
The Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) is a GBP 1.5 billion fund announced by the UK Government in late 2015 to support cutting-edge research that addresses global challenges.
The event will also provide a forum for sharing regional perspectives on research themes such as systemic risk, resilience and development, and equitable international partnerships. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A at the end of the session.
